Overview: The Samsung A20e is a great phone for it's price, there are many features which encourage you to purchase this device. It has an OLED Display providing a good resolution, you can also charge your device with it's 15W fast charge which makes up for the relatively small battery life. The camera is not top notch but still can produce fine photos, recording videos is not the best due to the absence of video stabilisation. The overall design is clean however it is unfortunate that there is a limited colour selection. The durability and build quality is not super strong as expected with the low price. To conclude the Samsung A20e is not a bad phone and you purchase on as as secondary/backup phone or as your main phone but you will not be able to do heavy work on the device, however for it's low price this is a good phone, Click Here to purchase the Samsung A20e at Amazon: https://amzn.to/2WnTXty

Design: The Samsung A20e is available in 4 colours, Black, White, Blue and Coral. It has narrow and compact feel with the same size as around the Samsung S9. All colours of the device are plain colours and have the same glossy texture. The back of the device has the Samsung logo and then the fingerprint sensor. The front of the display has a tear drop design for the selfie camera.

Build Quality: Almost entirely the Samsung A20e, is made from plastic except for the Glass Screen. Due to the plastic build it is much easier to pick up scratches, however it has a comfortable feel in the hands and is still quite durable.

Display: The Samsung Galaxy A20e does not have an OLED display so the colours are no as accurate however the display can be really bright and the display has a decent HD resolution of 720 x 1560 pixels. Although content will not look super crisp and high quality, for the cheap price, the display quality is good. In addition there is quite a large chin on the display of the phone but the top is extremely thin apart from the tear drop camera.

Internals: The Samsung A20e has 3gb of ram with the Samsung Exynos 7884 processor, these combined do not give massive amount's of processing power but is good enough with small daily tasks, such as browsing different media platforms, messaging, watching you tube, etc. Running heavy applications may be much slower or not run at all but running smaller applications will be just fine. The Samsung A20e has only one option for base internal storage which 32GB, however you can upgrade the storage with a micro SD card so storage is not much of problem. Camera: There are 3 camera in total on the Samsung A20e, one displayed on the front providing 8MP pictures which does produce good picture but the detail is slightly lost. On the back of the device, the two camera's combined give the option for a ultra wide with camera quality of 13MP and 5MP, they do sometimes provide a good image with decent quality depending on lighting conditions. As long as you are not expecting to take lots of photos with this phone and instead every now and then capture a picture for your self, then this phone will provide you a decent picture. Both the front and back provide a 1080p video quality with little to no video stabilisation.

Battery: The Samsung Galaxy A20e has a 3000mAH battery which will last you around 6 hours depending on you usage with the device, which is not great however the Samsung A20e has the option for fast charge up to 15W, so you can charge your device straight back up.

Operating System: Android 9.0 (Pie), can be upgraded to Android 10.0

Other/Extra Features: The Samsung A20e allows you to have two Sims activated and a micro SD Card this makes it a good secondary/backup phone. For Security unlocks, the Samsung A20e has a fingerprint sensor located at the back and an option for face unlock. Both ways to unlock your phone can be hit or miss but most of the time it will work. Also this phone supports Samsung Pay.

Negatives: The battery capacity is quite low, but usable for the low price. Also the colour on the display is a little bit cold so, colours are not accurate and vibrant.

Verdict: Firstly you have to consider that this phone is a budget device, and most aspects of the phone are decent but they have their flaws. You may want to purchase this device if you want a secondary smartphone, or you are not expecting to run heavy application and just do basic smartphone things, like watching videos, using the browser, etc. This phone is currently running the latest version of android, so you will have access to all the newer features. For the price this phone is good, it is up to date on the software side and the hardware is decent, however if you want to buy this as your primary device and you may run heavy applications, you might want to consider purchasing a lower generation flagship, which may cost a little more, but it will be more powerful. As a budget phone at a low cost, this is a great choice, with even a good looking aesthetic design and decent specs.
